Joe has been with the firm since 1994.  He became a partner in 1995.

During his legal career, Joes has been a law clerk to the Kentucky Court
of Appeals and later the Supreme Court of Kentucky.  Joe was previously
the Chairman of the Kentucky Board of Bar Examiners, the board that
administers the Kentucky Bar Exam.

Joe is married and has 4 children with his wife, Sherry.
